A graduate of Coldwell Banker's school of real estate in 2003, Phil has been a top producer ever since. Phil's skills have superseded any challenge the market may throw his way. Phil's expertise and knowledge of the Chicago Neighborhoods is key to any buyer or seller. Phil and his wife Gina live in Lincoln Square. Phil loves Chicago as much as he loves some of his family members. He plans to make it his home for the rest of his life.
Lauren Beitelschees Marketing and Listing Manager
Lauren Beitelschees recently joined the Byers Home Team and is excited to be a part of a top team. Her past experience as a media buying assistant and transaction coordinator established her eye for details. Lauren has worked with two leading agents in the past and also for a leading brokerage.
Lauren graduated cum laude from Olivet Nazarene University (home of Bears training camp) in 2007 with a degree in Mass Communication. A native of Ohio, Lauren made the leap of moving to Chicago last year and currently lives in Uptown.

Gina Bavone-Byers Closing Manager, Realtor
Gina Bavone-Byers joined the Byers Home Team in 2005 after 10 years of customer service and technical project management. Gina graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors in Health Care Administration. Her level of service and up-beat personality drives the team's success.
Outside of the office, Gina is a volunteer and fundraiser for the National MS Society with her walk team, Camille's Champs. Gina has raised over $125,000 for MS.
Being a native of Chicago, Gina is a huge Bears fan! She enjoys all of what the city has to offer and likes to try new restaurants.
